Rooms for Hire at

the KCC Foundation

The KCC Foundation is a psychotherapy and counselling and organisational training centre and registered charity. Situated in Vauxhall, approximately five minutes walk from Vauxhall train and tube stations, the KCC Foundation is able to offer the following Conference and Consultation Room Hire:

Seminar Room

Located on the ground floor of the building, this room is ideal for workshop presentations and business meetings. The room can sit up to 50 people (conference style).

The cost of the hire of the room (9.00am to 5.00pm) is £280 per day and £150.00 for a half day. The use of a video and tv and OHP are included in this fee, as well as tea and coffee and two servings of biscuits for a morning and afternoon break for up to 20 participants (there is a £5 charge for each participant over 20 in number). Refreshments are normally set up outside the seminar room.

The use of Flip Charts and stand are available at £7.50 each per day.

Consultation Rooms/ Suites

Ideal for seeing clients and small meetings, we have a range of consultation rooms for hire. Each room has an observation room with video playback and recording facilities and internal telephone to announce arrival of clients. The largest room can sit 8 comfortably with the smallest sits 5.

The cost of hire is £7.50 per hour (£5.50 for members of the KCC Register). Rooms are available 9.00am to 9.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 9.00am to 5.00pm (Friday) and some Saturday mornings.

The centre has disabled access at the back of the centre.

Parking around KCC is limited and metered. The centre is located outside the congestion charge zone.

The centre is five minutes walk from the centre of Vauxhall (tube and train stations).

For lunches, our customers normally use Sainsbury’s on Wandsworth Road (2 minutes walk from KCC) or the sandwich deli or one of a large numbers of restaurants and cafes situated on South Lambeth Road.

All bookings must be paid prior to the event. Cancellations of the seminar room, less than two weeks before the event are liable for the full fee.
